A brand new sustainably constructed building, Kylna Court is a mixed development of residential and commercial properties. Orion was approached by Dacorum Borough Council to maintain and service the sprinkler system and implement a planned preventative maintenance programme for water hygiene and Legionella control.

The former industrial land in Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead has been transformed into 79 homes for social rent, along with eight new business units and a reception area on the ground floor. This scheme will provide energy-efficient and modern homes, creating an affordable, high-quality space with its residents in mind. Not only creating a home but a community, with a communal area, a roof garden, a bin store and cycle store within the block.

  • Maintenance of the sprinkler system in 79 flats, 8 offices and all common parts
  • Repeat programme of monitoring and reporting to manage Legionella risk, in accordance with L8
  • Response times specific to the Local Authorities as part of the management contract.
