We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator role. We are a fast-expanding company operating in London and the Home Counties. We are based in Hertfordshire, and you will be working from our head office in Hemel Hempstead.

You will be joining our water hygiene team and reporting to the Compliance Team Leader. You will be provided with all required training. This is a exciting opportunity to grow along with the business and progress/ develop your skills within your career.

Compliance Administrator – Job Overview

The successful applicant must:

  • Have strong administration skills
  • Strong IT / Planning skills
  • Can work accurately with high attention to detail
  • Can work under pressure and meet the demands of the department
  • Be proficient in data entry
  • Be able to prioritise and organise your workload
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work effectively with team members and on their own
  • Be self-motivated

Responsibilities will be:

  • Completing compliance checking’s on all water hygiene activities
  • Raising non conformances
  • Supporting and assisting the Water Hygiene Compliance Team Leader
  • Planning and co ordinating work
  • Assisting and coordinating engineers
  • Answer incoming calls and dealing with queries
  • Responding to email from clients
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties and activities as and when required
  • Deliver strong customer service

Compliance Administrator – Requirements

  • Experience working in a similar industry/role (Minimum 2 Years)
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Strong IT and communication skills
  • Must be driven for success
